Mazelle’s Nostalgic Magic summer 2018 collection is LUXURY VINTAGE WITH A TWIST!

This season Mazelle transports us to vintage flee market for her summer 2018 collection.

It is an infusion of Mazelle’s signature adire mix, clean shapes and lines but this time with a vintage peak, sequins, shimmer, femme inspired fabric and clever use of embellishments delicately handbeaded unto quality fabrics, talk of BACK TO THE FUTURE! BLAST FROM THE PAST!

Shot by Bolaji Odukoya, this collection was inspired by the founder of Mazelle’s time spent in Milan where she frequents the vintage-flee markets and used the items to decorate her room whenever she comes back to Nigeria. This got her thinking ‘what does fashion really mean to me? where do I get my inspiration from?’ and that’s when she came up with the idea of Nostalgic Magic. She decided to go outside of the norm to truly express what fashion is to her, her love for all things vintage and that was how ‘Nostalgic Magic’ the collection was created.
