These three female African fitness stars should be in your list of who to follow, and here is why;

1. Annabelle Hayes

Annabelle is a Ghanaian fitness star living and working in Canada. She spends her time creating informative and engaging fitness content on her YouTube page. This fitness motivation also posts progress pictures on Instagram so her almost 200k IG followers can see what she has achieved and be motivated to keep working out.ย

2. Temi Ojo

Temi Ojo is a Nigerian also leaving in Canada. She has a YouTube page where she not only shares fitness tips and exercises, but also diet plans.ย 

She has coached high school track for over 4 years, not only that, she recently got her PT + CPR AED certification. Her workout program can be gotten here.
