Ingredients for this easy green smoothie

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 large cucumber roughly chopped, skin on
  • 2 stalks celery roughly chopped
  • 2 green apples cored and roughly chopped
  • 10 cm fresh ginger peeled and grated
  • 1 lemon juice used
  • a handful of fresh mint
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 cup of ice water


The directions are as simple as this:

Place all the ingredients in your power blender and blend until smooth
