A new trend has emerged in the fashion world– wearing a skirt over pants/dress– and I am obsessed! I love the fact that I don’t have to decide between a dress and pants anymore when styling my outfit, now I can wear both and still look fashionable and trendy.
Lately, it’s been most fashionistas and fashion bloggers favourite look. Well, many of you will see it as a weird clothing combo but trust me it looks stylish and gorgeous when it is done right.
When choosing to go for this look try to let go of accessories because the concept of the look is already loud and dramatic. Don’t restrict yourself to pencil dresses or cigarette pants only, they are many options when it comes to laying different pieces of clothes:
- You can wear a sheer flare skirt over a jean or a bodycon dress.
- You can also go for high-waisted short under an organza skirt .
There are millions of ways to rock this trend, just remember to keep it simple. Believe it or not, this trend has got your back just go for it.
